Am contented and enjoy where I live, my friends and family and how I fill my days....that said, it would be better to have a friend (to start with) to share moments in life with
I am very adventurous and happy to try most things although am seeing that most of what I enjoy is close by.
I organised an art week in Spain which was not only fun because those who came out were such nice people, but it showed me how to slow down and really observe little things, like an old door or hand made pot or even a cat sunning himself on an old ledge.... the sunrise in the desert seemed better than most other times I'd witnessed them before in company as others highlighted a different perspective .
Happy to be by myself and think it important that we each have space to do what we want to do alone...but also special to share experiences.
I am very loyal, hard working, kind, generous and loving - family traits. Important for me is justice, compassion and humour in others.
Looks arnt that important. My sister always says "I don't care what you know, I want to know that you care"!
I do most things like cook, paint, listen to music, play cards, walk, hike, travel, entertain, work, tai chi, read, ski, paint, draw, swim, go to concerts, recitals, visit ancient architectural buildings, watch films, etc etc.
Love having a laugh and getting in touch with my inner child...not embarrassed.
Love to dress up for a ball or fine dining...

Love what mankind has made - stunning buildings that are still standing hundreds of years on, sculptures, old masterpieces and cobbled streets!....any human endeavour impresses me.
In spite of what the news says, there is overwhelmingly a lot of positive and good out there which I attempt to plug into.
